SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Typically, upon receiving order information, we process the order within 24 hours and provide feedback to the customer regarding payment and delivery. The delivery time is usually within 3 - 5 days from the date the order is confirmed or as agreed upon with the customer. However, there are cases where delivery may take longer, but this only occurs in uncontrollable situations such as:

  1. Our staff attempts to contact the customer via phone but is unsuccessful, leading to the inability to deliver the goods.

  2. The provided delivery address is incorrect or hard to locate.

  3. Order processing is delayed due to a sudden increase in the company's order volume.

  4. The shipping partner experiences delays or is focusing on distributing materials to large-scale agents or clients with substantial demand.

To support our agents, Green Harvest often subsidizes transportation costs. Retail customers are encouraged to directly contact the company to discuss contract terms and transportation fees if they have significant volume requirements.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To facilitate the quickest returns and exchanges, please contact us immediately in the following cases:

  1. Products are damaged or defective due to transportation.

  2. Incorrect items are sent.

  3. Errors caused by misinformation from our staff.
